The machine was very well packaged and protected. The machine was fully wrapped in bubble wrap before the lid was placed on the machine. Then the entire cabinet was wedged into the box allowing 2 - 3 inches between the cabinet and the outside of the box. The most impresses aspect of the packaging was the strongest cardboard box I have ever received. Consider this seller when you come upon something they are selling.
