Item sold new with tags. Seller very kindly sent first class as I needed for a wedding. However when it arrived the item did not look new. The collar was dirty . i could not wear. Had to have dry cleaned. Cost £13.50 which the seller did refund but please dont sell NEW IF ACTUALLY IT ISNT and is dirty.
