Initially I was very disappointed, what I thought I was buying was 9 fat quarters, but that was not what I received, some pieces were approximately fat quarter size but there were a lot of "pieces" or scraps of fabric. After contacting the seller, I was very pleased how she handled the situation and would say she is very good with customer service. She promptly returned my emails and I would buy from this seller again.
