eBay has been difficult to communicate with regarding international shipment. Based on my interactions with the seller I assume the product would be as expected. The seller did ship promptly and cost was acceptable. The issues I’m having are with eBay’s shipping company not the seller. Therefore I’ve given the seller high marks.

Buyer purchased with incorrect address. They reached out to me after I had already shipped the item. I advised they must reach out to eBay to contact the shipper, unfortunately it appears they were unable to. I’ve advised the buyer to reach out to eBay to resolve the issue since the incorrect address was provided and I am unable to provide further assistance.
