After receipt of an electric blanket I purchased from this vendor I realized too late that a power cord was not included. MY mistake, not the vendor - his description noted that. Messages between the two of us, this seller’s objective was for me to be happy. I feel like what he offered and did to accomplish that were exemplary actions. I am appreciative of his understanding — going above and beyond to rectify things. This blanket is amazing and a great comfort to my terminally ill husband.

Buyer bought item not knowing the item did not come with the power cord, even though the title and the item description says that the power cord doesn't come with the blanket. I priced this item half off the ones with the power cord. We messaged back and forth however the last message they message me purchased so I thought they purchased the cord elsewhere that's where I stop messaging, however when they messaged purchased it was a typo a correction from the last message. A misunderstanding.
