I contacted the seller twice and got no response. Not sure how to proceed next and I will probably have to call eBay. I still hope to get the right kind before Christmas.

If you ever see an open box device, look at the condition. This person seems to be honest with the description of the device. I'm really happy with it. I've been using it for about a week and no issues. My only complaint was shipping time. It was later than exp.
