I got a lovely thank you note written on the back of the envelope, which was sealed and with no signs of being tampered with. Nice note, no bracelet. Completely empty. Their response, they swear they took a digitized photo of the item, so…go file a claim. Who’s going to pay out on a claim like this? Empty envelope..how do I prove it arrived EMPTY. No proof provided that the bracelet ever existed or was packaged. I’m out $73 plus dollars. Don’t give them any of your $.
