The $90 actuator broke after only one week of use. I contacted the seller and they said they would replace it, (even though not required), if I sent it back to them. I sent the actuator back to them and they returned the same broken unit back to me again. Just put it in a new box. It seems that their conscience is very insincere. They offer no returns on their equipment, which has proven to be very substandard. BUYER BEWARE. These people are crooks.

For starters the product you ordered was $75 not $90 which denies the credibility to the rest of your claim! You received your item 11/09/23 and then on 11/21/23 you asked for a return due to the motor stopping working after a couple weeks use! We sent you out a replacement at no cost to you then you make these accusations without reaching out to us again. SELLERS BEWARE BUYER IS LOOKING FOR A HANDOUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SELLERS!!
