I bought 3 times from this Seller, The last time the Package was TORN and missing the Shim Kit. I contact them , they asked me to check and open the package although the package is already Torn(opened)!
Note. 1- It’s Not OEM rotors nothing showing on them( no Toyota logo or Made in …. Etc)!!!!
2- I asked today at Toyota dealer Those parts are not OEM parts ( Both the rotors & the pads)
3- ATTACHED A PAPER to BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM!

Toyota Rotors do not say Toyota on them. I included a parts invoice that shows you they are legitimate. I asked if you could take pictures of what you received and you never responded. You certainly could have returned the items for a full refund if the package was damaged and parts were missing. I am always happy to fix any issues but you should respond to messages and work with me.
