The crevice tools sent to me by this seller, while advertised to be P/N 38617017 are NOT 8.5" in length, but instead 6.5" in length. They are of no use to me, due to their short length. I contacted the seller several days ago and have not heard back from them. Highly recommend purchasing this crevice tool elsewhere.

The product was brand new in the mfg packaging and shipping information was provided before my purchase payment card cooled off. I believe this was the best price available but to be honest I chose them for their reputation, the professionalism of their description page and that USPS tracking was provided. That they are women-owned wasn't known until I got it early and well packed to avoid damage. I highly recommend them. GREAT SELLER! AAA++++
