The seller advertised a pair of white sunglasses as available for purchase. After 19 days waiting for a shipping notification, I contacted the seller only to be told that the item isn't available for sale anymore. They cancelled the order promptly after the discussion, but I shouldn't have had to wait so long, expecting a purchase that was never coming. And they should have been the ones to notice and contact me first.

when my staff was checking the products before shipment the found some defects in products then we immediate informed to buyer about defects and refund to buyer. so we dont know where is my mistake. As a sincere seller we informed prior to buyer and refund. If I was wrong then we could ship without inform to buyer.But we cant stop buyer for feedback.
