Tommy Bahama polo described as new w/ tags showed up with six snags and a stain on the front of the polo. Reached out to seller to ask for options, which went right to a partial refund. Asked if I could cut the tags, wash the polo and use a fabric shaver on the snags. Seller stopped communicating. Had to get eBay involved. Seller would never address the questions. Eventually I cut the tags, did the the stain out and fixed the snags. Issues could've been avoided if seller would communicate.
