Not only was the item exactly as described as far as I could tell, but the customer service was lovely and reassuring. I emailed to double check about when I could expect the item to be sent and the seller was just so patient and nice!
My local post office ended up goofing up and losing the package but the seller had it so well packaged that when it was found and returned to me (thank goodness!) there was no damage.
