The item worked, but only just. The fit was very tight. The 3d printing was too thick on the cylinder section. The first email suggested i would receive it by the 16th of May, but this was bull. I complained around the 16th and then was told it would be sent the following week. I got it on the 30th finally. For what it is, it was very expensive.

Our items are 3D printed to ensure quality and durability, comparable to traditional plastic injection methods. The original spare part doesn't come with a water seal; it's on the main unit and can't be transferred to the rotary dial. Please provide more details or photos of the issues. We'd be happy to offer a replacement to resolve this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
