Don’t know if item was “refurbished” or not it arrived in what appeared to be the original packaging only with slight damage to the box not the monitor.
As for the monitor itself I am happy with it so far the bezels are nice and thin probably going to grab another one at this price as they seem to pop up fairly often and even though it’s not an IPS panel it does look good paired with both my MacBook Pro and Legion machines
