Works as expected. Allows you to fit 20v max dewalt batteries on 18v nicad or v18 li-on Milwaukee tools. So if you have the older Milwaukee tools and want to continue using them whether you switched to the DeWalt battery system like I did or you want to use this with the Red Lithium 18v Milwaukee system it should work. My only complaint is that even though the DeWalt batteries fit they don't clip into place. They are pretty snug though and don't fall off but could be knocked out or bumped loose.
