Wow super fast delivery and excellent packing. Box still had a big hole in the side so am happy this seller listened to me about poor mail handling here. Really appreciate it! And best of all I took the old motor off, installed this one and bingo!! My lift chair is operating just fine. In fact I am sitting in it as I type this. Item arrived damaged and unusable. Was packaged poorly. I have to say however, that the seller took great care of me and quickly gave me a refund. They even worked with me to contact ebay when my refund didn't arrive in my bank. They went the extra mile and helped me get my money the next day .
