    The item was shipped very quickly and is the item pictured on the listing. Unfortunately, the top needs to be 'snapped' closed to prevent powder from leaking from the hole at top of bottle. The top was not closed properly and some of the contents did leak out during shipping. It was only enough for one or two uses, but the bottle, packaging, and box were coated in the powder. A bit of a mess to clean up. But I do love the product.

    Best mascara ever!

    Not the old fashioned type of mascara. The formula is water and face-oil proof. It is easily removed with warm water, it's the HEAT, not the water that removes it. Sometimes I dont remove it at bedtime, and just brush off any small bits that have come loose from my lashes in the morning, and wear it a second day. But most of all I like how it extends my lashes and looks natural, not gloppy. Oh, and the black is really really black!

    I prefer the smaller tube over the stand size. Easier to use closer to the eye. The brush is perfect. Goes on easily. Does not irritate my eyes. I have used this product for over 20 years.
