like the product, very easy to connect to cell phone. Not so easy on a desktop, they need an app for desktop or laptop. very nice to use, person, animal, vehicle and package detection. Easy to view library. I`m using the Arlo ultra, nice clear picture can also do some good zoom in. Camera`s just over priced.

Numerous things could be much better!!!
Very poor instructions (in fact, none at all). I had to figure it out on my own or watch you-tube.For what I paid for these things, THAT'S RIDUCULOUS!!! I still can't get them working they way I think they should. Haven't had it long enough to judge it's quality. Give it some time; having a problem with the cameras being "over sensitive". No matter what, even turning the sensitivity down to "0" and shutting the notifications off, it still gets set off for no reason. I should have looked or tried other systems. Good but not perfect.
In addition to this I have the Arlo Pro 2. Ultra 4K appears to blur when there is the slightest amount of moisture in the air where the Pro 2 does not. Arlo support site suggest using a skin which I purchased and does nothing.
