Advantage of Sunpak 266D Flash over Sunpak 221D Flash.
Most modern Flash units come with at least two " Auto " modes. There are Three reasons I like the 266D over the 221D. First is that the 266D has a built-in (Adjustable Head)bounce feature. Second is the 266D has has a Light focusing tube so you can use it with both wide angle and mild telephoto lenses. Thirdly the 266D has a groove in front of the light head so you can insert colored filters or additional diffusers. Thats it folks ! Sunpak 266D TTL Flash
This flash is perfectly suited to increase "depth-of-field" for flash photography because more power is available. The clear ability to shoot photos at a smaller aperture is a genuine advantage over less powerful units. Of course, this unit is for certain Ricoh or Minolta models, one of which I own, which is the reason I was searching this model.
