Item not as described, Seller has really disappointed as it did not send the correct specifications as described. Definitely not recommended and unreliable. I was really inconvenienced. I bought the highest battery capacity and was sent a lower one at 80% which means that it will require a battery renewal soon. I asked for a replacement and was refunded instead. Listing is active and customer service stated that there was none in the inventory although I checked availability daily. Buyers Beware

I am reiterating to you that I didn’t ask for a refund, I was very clear that I wanted a replacement so you need to accept responsibility and action accordingly. You made the mistake so you need to fix this. You still have 8 available since I asked for the replacement! This has really inconvenienced me and hope that eBay places more strikes on your company for failing to provide a solution! You should not be allowed to trade on eBay. My statement still stands to warn buyers to stay away from you

Extremely disappointed!Phone came with cosmetic issue & only 81% battery instead of the stated at least 85% for an “EXCELLENT” condition.However thats not even the biggest disappointment,the Customer Service is horrendous.Phone sent back for a replacement as per their request.Everyday I’m dealing with a different representative who has no clue what the previous one said.Some didn’t even know that the phone is already back with them asking me to send it back so they can look into it.Disgraceful!
