Seller communicated well about price and delivery. The dish set was new as described by seller - in "just left the factory" condition. The dishes were wrapped in additional packing paper within original box and that box was set inside a packing box lined with styrofoam. Packed like grandmother's fine china!

This miniature picture frame is absolutely adorable. It arrived in a lightly bubble wrap-lined envelope. Naturally, the item arrived broken. I did not contact the seller, at first, because I decided to glue it back together. It really should have been shipped in more protective packaging, but USPS can be brutal. The seller was excellent at communicating concern and even offered a full refund.
