Avoid this seller, does not take responsibility for his actions and misrepresentations. False advertising, sent completely different item (purchased Sennheiser Impact MB Pro 1 UC ML, was sent a Pro 2), specifically asked the seller what the condition was, he stated near new, but item received had significant chew marks on the speaker section, and the photos showed a charger included, but none was sent.
