Item is as described. Delivery was poor. Ordered & paid for 2 Fire Hose Reels. I live rural so need to make a trip into town to pick up deliveries. I was notified of a package to pick up so went to town to get it. Only 1 hose reel had arrived. I picked it up & went back home. 3 days later I was notified of the 2nd package. I now need to drive back to town to pick it up.
