Was not packed in anything but thin white plastic mailer. No padding in the mailer. Arrived with 2 back pins holding the butterfly to the comb coming out. Sent pictures. Asked seller for refund. If they respond they say working on solution. I am handicapped and can’t get to post office. Seller ignoring issue. It’s been4 days and responses just say wait. I am done waiting.
