These placemats were listed as NEW. They are far from New and when I open the package and saw how dirty the placemat was, I didn’t even open the package any further. The seller has misrepresented this item and I want a full refund including the costly $30 plus for shipping 8 placemats . Please send a return mailing label and issue a full refund.
