About this product

Product Information

The first (and only) American baseball release for the Virtual Boy brings together 18 teams from around the world to compete in one 3D ballpark. Kemco's Virtual League Baseball uses the Virtual Boy's unique perspective to make it seem like every pitch is coming at you. The game offers three different modes of play, including a Single Game, All-Star Game and Pennant Race.

The pitching and batting interface is strictly arcade-style, meaning you steer each pitch and time your swing as the ball approaches the plate. While substitutions are allowed for both batters and pitchers, the game does not save any lineup changes or statistics. Virtual League Baseball is also missing both Major League Baseball and MLBPA licenses that would have allowed for real players and team names.

  • Virtual League Baseball (Virtual Boy)

I some what liked this TRUE 3-D video game. OK graphics. Good sports action game. I would rate this game #12 to #14 of the 14 US Nintendo Virtual Boy games. The software producer must have made a lot of these shortly before Nintendo threw in the towel on Virtual Boy. This game is about as easy to buy as Mario's Tennis. The price range that I have noticed lately is $3.75-$8.25 (complete in original box and sealed in original box).

  • Great 3D game

This game is pretty hard but very awesome. It bring back the memories of the good old days. This game replicator 3d version of the old baseball game from the original NES system.

  • Horrible. Worst Virtual boy game ever.

This is so bad. I never want to see this game ever again. If your a collector just buy it new and never open this accursed game. Trust me.
