I reported this issue to the seller and received a response the same day. The seller apologized and sent me the newer model (Charge 4). The replacement Fitbit showed up in 3-5 days (sorry, I forget) in similar packaging. Thank you so much for making it right. I'm sorry you took a loss on this sale.
