I love the hat. That being said it arrived other than perfect being it was sent in a bag through the mail. I will work with it and try to reshape it. The rim is easy to reshape. The ridge on the front cap not so much. I’m not asking for anything, I just want to make you aware of shipping hats in loose bags. Thank you.
