Then the seller cancels the order and tells me the price doubled because he now wants me to pay the shipping cost. Yet to receive my refund! He says I can reorder at double the price. I told him I expect him to honor the contract of his original listing of free shipping. He refused even after I told him I would file a complaint with Ebay about his "Bait & Switch" Scheme. Sad!
