Seller listed item as used with postage cost for a but it now price. When I purchased they advised that they had listed for the wrong amount, accused me of taking advantage of their error and wanted three times the postage cost to make up for their error. They would not honour their contract and refunded the money so I am not out of pocket but their attitude and customer service was, in my view, unprofessional.

NEVER was this listed as USED. iT IS A BRAND NEW ITEM PUT OUT BY THE MILITARY SHOP. We listed right price were happy with, but the PO, quoted $100 to post to W.A. Thought you wouldn't pay that much, so cancelled it. Refunded your money. My husband in Hospital for 5 months. We're scaling down our business. In trying to help people with a cheaper price, you leave NEGATIVE feedback. Had no idea postage would be so high. Hard enough for us as it is withwhat we're going thru. So disappointed.
