I contacted seller who gave me the option to return for refund or would reimburse me with the cost of the replacement. despite the inconvenience of replacing the keyboard I went with reimbursing the cost of the keyboard. because of the customer experience

Arrived on time much to surprise as Post Office tracking was useless...just said recd at Post Office and will tell you when we have tried to deliver it !!!!! No tracking at all.
