Having been delivered by a snail who took a 12 day scenic route the hat arrived with the letter x written in front of the L which the seller hoped would turn the hat into an Xl. Sadly this nifty trick did not make the hat any larger. The return made it back to the seller in 3 days. Sadly after a further three days I had to ask EBay to step in and secure my refund with the seller having adopted an Ostrich stance. My advice? See previous negative feedback and steer clear. Cue snippy response….
