She was apologetic and reported the packaging was secure when it depart from her site. I now have a refund and would like to thank the sell er for her positive response and quick refund of my money. unfortunately, things just get damaged in the mail regardless of the care taken. The item was exactly like the posted picture prior to it s unfortunate interaction with USPO
