The evil Gaston has riled up the townspeople into a dangerous and deadly frenzy. He has them sold on the idea that the Beast is a danger to not only the townspeople, but also everything that is good and natural. So with torches held high, the unruly mob sets off to the Beast's castle chanting "Kill the Beast!" Beast's only hope, Belle, has been locked away in a cellar with no way out.<br><br>As luck would have it, little Chip was able to sneak past the mob in order to get help. When he finally reaches Belle and her father, Chip finds there is no way to open the cellar door. Looking frantically for some way to break down the door, he stumbles upon a wood-chopping machine. With all his might, he gets the machine to work and destroys the door freeing Belle and her father.<br><br>Disney's Beauty and the Beast: A Board Game Adventure has three levels of play, a total of seven game boards to choose from and two different types of games. The first is an adventure-style game where you play as Belle. You must beat Gaston to the castle to warn the Beast. The second is a traditional board game for up to four players. Each player must choose a character, and the first person to reach the end wins. Along the way in both games you will have to play mini-games (ten in all), which can either add to the number of spaces you'll be able to move or subtract from them. It all depends on your skill!<br><br>Do you think you can save the Beast from Gaston and the angry mob? Are your reflexes fast enough to beat the challenges of the mini-games? You'd better hope so or the Beast is going to become a fur coat!

    Gamboy Beauty & The Beast Game

    I bought it for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. Her brother has gameboy advance SP and she always felt left out because he wouldn't let her play so I decided to get just a regular gameboy color for her to see how she did with it (without the big expense if she didn't like it)and she loves it. This game is great she can play it all by herself without asking for help. It very easy to understand and play. So it makes her feels great because its her own and she can do it all by herself like her big brother. Would recommend it to others.

    Disney works for my autistic son

    I purchased this game for my son who is autistic. He had purchased the same game at a flea market and when we got home we found that it didn't work. So when we found this one on ebay, we grabbed it. My son is an adult, but he finds the Disney games facinating. He had speech therapy for years, but once we added Disney and the music, he started talking. SOOOOOO I guess you can say that Disney made a huge difference for my son. He loves this game and paid for it himself with money he earned at his job at the local DD workshop. He is able to focus when he plays the game. He just has fun with this game. A very worth while purchase.

    Beauty and the Beast Gameboy Color

    Fun game for all ages. There are a few different modes of play with varying difficulty options. In story mode you as Belle must "race" on various game boards vs Gaston to reach the Beast first via dice rolls and mini games designed to enhance or detract your dice rolls, depending on how well you perform the mini games along the way. It's surprisingly fun. There are decent cutscenes and great music and sound effects. There's even a battery backup to save your progress. Not quite an amazing title but for a licensed game it's darn good.

    My sister-in-law, who is 30 but will never progress beyond the mentality of an 8 year old, used her other Beauty and the Beast game until she wore it out. All she wanted was a new Beauty and the Beast game. She is one happy girl right now to have had it replaced and it is in great condition!
