All phones were received as described. Phones were factory reset, Formated file system and Firmware upgraded to 5.9.7 using Option 66 tftp without any issues. Phones tested Ok except for 2 handsets having speaker issues. Contacting the seller was not successful due to eBay messaging page not showing up so not the sellers fault. Highly recommended seller.
