Unhelpful seller. Paid for the item plus postage. Item didn't arrive so contacted seller. Reply was "be patient". Card arrived from PO stating sender had not paid £3.50 for the postage as sent as a letter not a package. Paid the £3.50 and asked for refund from seller. Response was to ask for proof. sent copy of email from PO but could not supply image as it doesn't allow on Ebay. Avoid.

Hi, I understand your frustration, but you cannot expect me to refund £3.50 which is nearly 50% of the value with proof. eBay allows picture uploads, you also have the option to send me a private message to send proof. There are a lot of scams on eBay, I do not do anything without proof.

I paid £9.99 plus postage of £1.99. £3.50 is no where near 50% , that maybe explains why the postage calculation was so wrong . You believed it to be a scam? really? for £3.50! You just used this to hide behind refunding the additional postage.
