Arrived safely however seller used a professional packing/shipping service that charged a fortune and did not package the item well at all. There was no paper to keep the item from moving around in the box and the fragile item went clear to the edge of the box and was not double boxed even though the seller instructed the shipper on both is these procedures. Seller did do everything she could to recoup some of the cost but shipping service denied request. Love item!
