Item was delivered promptly and was still in original packaging (new). Unfortunately the item was not functional upon receipt. After consulting with the manufacturer's tech support department it was determined that it was not repairable. Seller promptly issued return instructions, item was returned to them and credit was issued immediately. First rate customer service, will do repeat business with them.
