The JVC DLA-X3 projector provides high-definition output when connected to an appropriate device. This audio-visual device works with the 720p, 1080i, 1080p/60, 1080p/24, 1080p/50, 576i, and 576p HD formats. Full 3D HD is also supported by this JVC projector, as is standard-definition output. A component video port, video port, HDMI port, and a PC port supply this LCoS projector with connectivity to external components. The HDMI port allows connection to high-definition devices such as a Blu-ray player while the PC port allows playback of computer-based media from both Mac and PCs. The JVC DLA-X3 is equipped with a native 1920x1080-pixel resolution along with a contrast ratio of 50000:1 and an aspect ratio of 16:9. Power zoom, power focus, a vertical lens shift, and a horizontal lens shift are all standard features on this JVC projector. The light source for this LCoS projector is a 220-watt UHP style of lamp that produces 1300 ANSI lumens of brightness for image reproduction. The throw distance for this unit is 3.7 m to 6.1 m, creating images from 150 cm up to 500 cm. The dimensions for this JVC projector are 18 cm high by 45 cm wide by 47 cm deep.
