The seller has been very responsive throughout the whole ordeal trying to locate the bag. It showed as received by the authentication center but didn’t move after that. eBay ended up refunding me from the seller’s funds which is just so wrong. The seller is terrific and I would not hesitate to purchase handbags from them. Five stars and then some for this seller. I hope they can get their money back from eBay.
