Item received very well packaged and as described in the listing. The only thing that i find a bit strange is that it was listed as new but it does not meet EBay’s definition of new relative to original packaging. All parts were sequenced in bags 1-6 but the bags are not sealed Lego bags (sandwich bags used ) to match the building instructions but I cannot determine if the Legos are new. Hence my 4 stars on the listing. The instruction booklet does appear to be new or in excellent condition.
