Seller failed to mention or show a large noticeable tear in the zipper fabric. The bag will cost $100 to repair. As a buyer of 300 to 500 bags a year I don't always open and inspect right away. Sellers in Japan are honorable and honest with descriptions and I thought this American seller would be too. I was wrong. The Return date had passed when I saw the damaged bag so I couldn't return it. The seller was unwilling to offer any compensation.
