This is the worst company experience i've ever experienced when making a purchase on ebay. I have lose more than £300. They charged me extra £25 and i paid straightaway even without asking. I booed my supplier for the same day but they didn't send the product until 5 days later despite its being clearly stated the delivery is next day jf you ordered before 4pm. I even emailed customer service explaining my urgency but they never mentioned any delays. it's frustrating how they take advantage.

Customer purchased the wrong item initially. Helped them purchase the correct item which was slightly more expensive and gave them a quick facility to cover that. However it fell after 4pm so was sent out the next day. Unfortunately it was Easter bank holidays so the courier unable to deliver until after hence taken 5 days. We went an extra mile to resolve this for the customer but in return we get this misunderstanding. If wrong item had been sent it would've been more costly and time consuming
