Shipping took a long time, they claimed it was returned to them but tracking showed they just took 1 week+ to ship.
The coat was different than what was pictured, and I think it was a different size but the size tag had been ripped out (despite being there in the photos.)
Seller wasn't very responsive either. Not a great experience.
