So basically he sent me an offer which I couldn't pass up, so I clicked on it and somehow when it processed eBay charged me the non offered price which obviously was more, and this seller could've just said tough luck, but I messaged him and immediately he refunded it, relisted, and allowed me repurchase at the lower price.
