    The appointment at dealership to program the fob was almost 3 weeks away. The fob was defective and unprogrammable. Seller REFUSED my refund at that time (inside the 30 days). Instead he told me to go to locksmith. Locksmith found it to be unprogrammable also. I then went to return it but seller weaseled out of the return claiming I had passed the 30 days return deadline. I spent $10 more for a NEW fob which programmed right away. This guy is treated me very unfairly.

    Locksmith buys this, it means it is a good key. This key is re-programmable. Wants to return key after 60 days, which way past the allowed period. Buyer needs to blame himself rather than throwing insults at others to cover his issues. We have 30 day return, no questions asked!

    Not compatible with my 2018 Subaru Impreza despite same number as listing

    Was assured that it would work with my 2018 Subaru Impreza so long as my OEM keys had the same number, they do. The blade of this key is not compatible with my car. Had to return.
