Terrible avoid! I had a letter to say I had a parcel that needed postage paying, as seller had not paid correct amount/ had underpaid. So I had to pay additional £3.50. When I messaged them for reimbursement they have blamed me and told me it's for me to take up with royal mail. Despicable, avoid. Tragic customer service.
