Item didn’t arrive. Messaged the seller without reply and so opened a case with eBay. Later received a message offering a replacement which I turned down (as by this point had ordered another) and asked for a refund. The seller then did not respond and so had to get eBay to step in for my money back. Was tempted to leave negative feedback however, decided on neutral. The seller really needs to work on their communication if they want to keep a good reputation on here.
