The seller is amazing, great communication and the item description is absolutely spot on. Item was described as like new, and it is like new. Item was shipped very quickly, and packaged very securely while being very easy to open. The cardboard appears to be recycled cardboard which is also amazing.Perfect buying experience, and I will absolutely be looking to buy from them again.

The item was described in the title as a CD from a well-known band. The condition listed as Very Good. Scroll down to the detail description areas and the CD is again listed as Condition = Very Good. So I ordered and received the CD. However it would not play in any CD player or PC I owned. I inquired to the seller and he replied that there is no playable music on the CD and that he wrote as much at the bottom of the description. I sent it back and was refunded the price less the postage.

Listing had Please Read Below at the top, clearly stating this was an 'Artifact' (boldly highlighted) and was a non-playing CD. Trying all his devices, shows he did not read the listing as advised. All information was upfront. Realized what he had contacted me said he would keep the CD, only if I gave him a hugely discounted refund of original listed price. This was not acceptable and told him, offered him full refund and to return item, which he took. The whole issue was one of his own making.
